✨ Embroidery Viewer
Free Online Embroidery File Viewer
The StitchOps Embroidery Viewer lets you preview your DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, U01, and PEC embroidery files directly in your browser. Instantly view stitch paths, color sequences, jump stitches, and design statistics: no desktop software download required.
DST Files
Tajima DST format, the most common industrial embroidery machine format. Contains no color data; a default palette is applied.
PES Files
Brother PES format, includes embedded color data. Common in home and semi-industrial Brother/Babylock machines.
JEF Files
Janome JEF format, includes full color palette. Native format for Janome embroidery machines.
EXP, VP3, XXX, U01 and PEC
Melco and Bernina EXP, Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff VP3, Singer XXX, Barudan U01 and Brother PEC files open here too, with thread colours where the file stores them.
EMB Files
Wilcom EMB is an editable working file in a closed format, so most free viewers cannot read its stitches. Export it from Wilcom EmbroideryStudio or Wilcom TrueSizer as DST or PES and view it here.
How to Use

Frequently Asked Questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
Opened files are kept private to your account so you can come back to them, and you can delete them at any time. They are never made public or shared.
What file formats are supported?
We support DST (Tajima), PES and PEC (Brother), JEF (Janome), EXP (Melco, Bernina), VP3 (Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff), XXX (Singer) and U01 (Barudan). EMB files from Wilcom need to be exported to DST or PES first.
Can I open an EMB file?
Not directly. EMB is Wilcom's proprietary working format and only Wilcom software can read it. Open the file in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio or Wilcom TrueSizer, export it as DST or PES, and upload that file here to see every stitch.
Is it free?
Yes! The Embroidery Viewer is free. Visitors open one file a day; a free account opens up to 20 a day and keeps your previous files.
